The following describes in detail the standards that TPI Corporation requires for any submitted graphic/artwork or image to adhere to if submitted for any agreement or private labeling program or initiative.

1. Any logo or line-art submitted is to be in an editable, vector based EPS or Adobe Illustrator (AI) file. This is especially important for private thermostat labeling agreements for optimum print quality. If specific colors are to be used (if applicable) they are to be called out in CMYK format naming the percentages for CYAN, MAGENTA, YELLOW, & BLACK. Bitmaps or raster based files saved as EPS or AI files do not meet this vector based requirement and may be rejected.

2. Any image (photograph) sent of a product (or other applicable item) must be submitted as a CMYK - JPEG, PSD, or TIF file (preferably whichever is the smallest in file size). Images sent in an RGB format are assumed to have color insignificance because of the conversion to CMYK that will be required. Product images need to be at least 300dpi and at least 3 inches X 3 inches in dimensional size. Images not meeting this requirement may be rejected.

3. If your program or agreement with TPI Corporation requires a specific font type, this font needs to be submitted to TPI Corporation if it is a non-common font (other than Times, Arial, or Helvetica).

4. Do not submit any artwork or image in excess of 10MB if sending via e-mail.

You may submit your artwork or images to submit@tpicorp.com or send them via CD-ROM disk to our physical location (UPS or FED-EX) or our mailing address (US Mail) listed below. If sending material via a shipping method, please be sure to use adequate packaging to prevent damage to the media.
